The following sessions occurred during the 17th World Congress on Pain:

  • A Deeper Dive with Plenary Speakers
    Attend in-depth discussions with the leading experts in pain on the topic of their plenary lecture.
  • Innovations in the 2018 Global Year for Excellence in Pain Education
    Attend a presentation from the authors of a new 2018 Global Year resource that identifies qualitative evidence syntheses in the field of pain. This resource includes activities that can be used in pain education to stimulate thinking about what it is like to live with pain.
  • Patient Voices
    See video presentations from patients living with pain.
  • Digital Innovation
    Hear a discussion on the role of technology and how virtual reality and other emerging technologies can enhance access to health resources and improve outcomes.
  • Innovations in Industry
    View state-of-the art presentations from exhibitors on headache and migraine, mobile health tools for improving the patient experience, innovations in virtual reality, and more.
